Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Pendleton II!
Lauren Marie Friedrichs and Steven Willis Pendleton II were married on October 5th on the lawn of the Main House at the historic Ford Plantation in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The bride is the daughter of Kay Marie Peterson of San Francisco, California, and Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Charles Friedrichs of Bellaire, Texas. Her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Edwards Pendleton of Our Town.
The evening prior, the groom’s parents hosted a southern supper and fish fry at the Marina for the wedding party and families, followed by desserts and cocktails for all the wedding guests. Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents fêted the newlyweds with a lovely reception at the Main House, where guests enjoyed dinner and dancing under the stars. Hannah Elizabeth Citron and Katy Pryde Hale served as the maids of honor. Christina Costanza, Callie Foreman, Jessica Franklin, Whitney Rape, Mackenzie Schriber, and Marina Willis were bridesmaids. Bruce Edwards Pendleton, Jr. and John Chambers Pendleton, brothers of the groom; served as the best men. Samuel Buckner, Jon Costanza, Matthew Dileo, Michael Duvall, Bryan Sayler, and John Spangler were groomsmen. Harper Grace Pendleton, niece of the groom; was the flower girl, and Bruce Edwards Pendleton III, nephew of the groom; was the ring bearer. The happy couple enjoyed a honeymoon to Antigua, and are at home in Houston, Texas. Lauren is careering with Boxwood Interiors, and Will is employed with Swagelok Houston Center.
