Congratulations, Kendall & Charles!

Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth John Matous of Wichita, Kansas, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kendall Marie Matous, to Charles William Schellhorn, Jr., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles William Schellhorn of Our Town. Kendall is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles John Matous of Wichita and the late Mr. and Mrs. William T. Powell, Jr. She is a graduate of Blue Valley North High School. Kendall earned a bachelor of science degree in journalism from The University of Kansas. She is employed by ArtFly Design in Corpus Christi, Texas. 

Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. Cliff C. Jones, Jr. of Prairie Village and the late Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Charles Harry Schellhorn of Brewster, Massachusetts, and the late Mr. Schellhorn. Chip is a graduate of The Pembroke Hill School. He was a Jewel Ball floor committee member and escort in 2003. Chip earned a bachelor of arts degree in government from Harvard University. He is a pilot with the United States Navy stationed in Kingsville, Texas. Theirs will be a May 24th wedding at Village Presbyterian Church.
