Congratulations, Captain Molly Kay Langland and Lieutenant Andrew Rankin Carter!

Captain Molly Kay Langland and Lieutenant Andrew Rankin Carter were joined in matrimony on August 12th in Missoula, Montana, at a private home, with a friend officiating, the Reverend Matthew Holmes. The bride is the daughter of Kay and Jon Langland of Missoula, and the granddaughter of Donna and Roger Schumacher of Buckley, Illinois, and Laura Langland of Missoula, and the late Captain Jay Edward Langland, Sr., United States Navy. Her groom is the son of Pamela Jagow of Burnsville, Minnesota, and Dr. Bruce Carter of Overland Park, Kansas. He is the grandson of the late Yvonne and Victor Carter.

The evening prior to the ceremony, Jackson Langland, brother of the bride; hosted a rehearsal dinner to fete the couple at the Missoula Ski Lodge. The lovely outdoor reception followed the nuptials. The couple is at home in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where both Molly and Andrew are employed with the United States Army in Fort Carson, Colorado. Molly is a 2019 graduate of West Point Military Academy, and Andrew is a 2020 graduate of the same academy. An open house will honor the newlyweds in Overland Park at the end of December.
