Mr. and Mrs. Robert B. Moore III of Overland Park are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Mandy Marie Moore, to Joseph Vincent Keltz, Jr., the son of  Cecelia Ricciardi of Mendham, New Jersey, and Mr. Joseph Vincent Keltz of Anaheim Hills, California. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Robert E. Ring of Overland Park and the late Mr. Ring and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert B. Moore, Jr. Mandy is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. She was presented at the Junior League of Wyandotte and Johnson Counties Community Ball and Cotillion in 2001. Mandy earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Villanova University. She is a member of Delta Gamma sorority and is careering with Goldman Sachs in New York, New York.

Her groom-elect is a graduate of San Dieguito High School in Encinitas, California. Joe earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is employed by The Vanguard Group in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Theirs will be an October 26th wedding at The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
