The March of Dimes – Signature Chefs Auction
The Signature Chefs Auction, a benefit for The March of Dimes, will be held on October 13th at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center. Chef Mark Gaier and Chef Clark Frasier of Arrows and MC Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, Maine, and M.C. Spiedo Ristorante & Bar in Boston, Massachusetts, will be cooking at one of the eight tasting stations at the event. In 2010, the James Beard Foundation named Mark and Clark as “Best Chefs in the Northeast.”
