In the Spotlight – Sugar Plum Fairy Children’s Ball
December 7th is the date for the 19th Annual Sugar Plum Fairy Children’s Ball to be held in the Grand Ballroom at Bartle Hall. Guests young and old will enjoy holiday music, an elegant three-course lunch, shopping for holiday gifts at the Nutcracker Marketplace, and posing for photos with the Sugar Plum Fairy. Following the Luncheon, there will be a performance of the Kansas City Ballet’s The Nutcracker at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts. Kris Marriott-Calovich is chairman of the event, which will benefit the Kansas City Ballet School.
