Congratulations, Laura & Adam!
Reverend and Mrs. Dwight Ward Tawney of Our Town are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Leigh Wilkerson, to Adam Christopher Dietrich, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Diamond Oscar Willis Dietrich of St. Louis, Missouri. Laura is the daughter of the late Mr. William Ralph Wilkerson III. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mildred Hill Morrow, the late Mr. Dean Eldon Morrow and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Ralph Wilkerson, Jr. Laura is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from The University of Kansas. She is a BOTAR, class of 2008. Laura is working toward a master of arts degree in teaching from the University of Southern California.
Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Dale Arlo Wiltfang of Our Town and the late Mr. Wiltfang and the late Mr. and Mrs. Willis Edward Dietrich. He is a graduate of Chaminade Preparatory School in St. Louis, Missouri. Adam earned a bachelor of general studies degree in communication studies from The University of Kansas. He is a member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity. Adam is careering at Wells Fargo. Theirs will be a May 19th wedding at Village Presbyterian Church.
