Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Fischer!
Mary Watson Wagner and Jake Allan Fischer were married on September 9th at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek, Colorado. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Don Wagner of Our Town. Mary is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Neal Deramus III and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Wagner. Her groom is the son of Cindy K. Hardyman Fischer of Kansas City, Missouri, and Mr. Mark Alan Fischer of Kidder, Missouri. Jake is the grandson of Mrs. Tom Bernard Hardyman of Storm Lake, Iowa, and the late Mr. Hardyman and Mr. Gene Fredrick Fischer of Kansas City, Missouri, and the late Mrs. Fischer.
The bride’s parents hosted a lovely rehearsal dinner at Zach’s Cabin and a beautiful wedding reception at the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch. Jill Beckman, sister of the bride; served as the maid of honor. Kelsey Turner, Jamie Sloman, Alana Henry, Virginia Sanders, Bridget Aylward, and Robyn Wagner were the bridesmaids. Pete Fisher, brother of the groom; served as the best man. Scott Fischer, Charlie Smith, Ian Beckman, Reade Fors, Jesse Farr, and Christopher Wagner, brother of the bride; were the groomsmen. Molly Beckman and Cora Wagner, nieces of the bride; served as the flower girls. The Honorable Suzanne Bocell Bradley was the officiant. The happy couple enjoyed a honeymoon in the Fiji Islands and New Zealand. They are at home in Denver, Colorado, where Mary is a veterinary technician, and Jake is a civil engineer.
