Congratulations, Allison & Jake!
Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Clifford Pruett of Leawood are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Allison Elizabeth Pruett, to Jake Wesley Droge, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Edger Dunne of Houston, Texas, and Dr. and Mrs. Duane Allen Droge of Eureka, Kansas. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Beutler of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank M. Pruett. Allison is a graduate of Saint Thomas Aquinas High School. She earned a bachelor of science degree in broadcast journalism from The University of Kansas. Allison is a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority, and is careering with Child Advocates in Houston.
Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. Glen Rupe of Wichita, Kansas, and the late Mrs. Rupe, Mrs. Leslie Droge of Seneca, Kansas, and the late Mr. Droge and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Dunne of Wichita. Jake is a graduate of Wichita Collegiate School. He earned a bachelor of science degree in geology from The University of Kansas. Jake is studying toward a master’s degree in energy business administration at the University of Houston. He is a member of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, and is employed by Infinity Energy Capital. Theirs will be a September 6th wedding at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Redemptorist Catholic Church.
