Congratulations, Allison & Code!

Nelson 2Dr. and Mrs. Douglas Leroy Nelson of Mission Hills are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Allison Lesta Nelson, to Code Lee Williams, the son of Brenda Lee Williams of Amarillo, Texas, and Mr. Glen Michael Williams of Fort Towson, Oklahoma. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Herman Darrell Hale of Overland Park and the late Mr. Hale, and Dr. and Mrs. Dallas Leroy Nelson of Wakefield, Kansas. Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Elba Boggs of Paris, Texas, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lee Atkins. Allison is a graduate of The Pembroke Hill School. She was a Jewel Ball debutante in 2006. Allison earned a bachelor of science degree in neuroscience from Vanderbilt University and a doctor of veterinary medicine degree from Kansas State University. She is a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority. Allison is employed with East Lake Veterinary Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Code is a graduate of Granbury High School in Granbury, Texas. He received a bachelor of science degree in petroleum land management from Texas Tech University. Code is a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. He is vice president of land for Gaedeke Energy. Theirs will be an August 26th wedding at Village Presbyterian Church.
