He is the grandson of Linda and James McMillan of Springfield, Missouri, and Dorothy Shirk of Belton, Missouri, and the late Pete Shirk, and Judith Ann Cassidy. Members of the wedding party included the sister of the bride, Nicole Craig as maid of honor, and brother of the groom, Tyler Shirk as best man. The flower girls, nieces of the bride, were Ginny Craig, Maryana Craig, and Francesca Craig. A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the Shirks the evening prior to the ceremony at Cellar 222. The bride’s parents hosted a lovely reception at the wedding venue.
