Congratulations, Kristen & Mike!
Mr. and Mrs. Fred I. Rock of Leawood are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen J. Rock, to Michael David Chouinard, the son of Karen Chouinard of Overland Park and the late Mr. David Chouinard. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. James J. Russell of Olathe and the late Mr. Russell and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lyall C. Rock. Kristen is a graduate of Olathe East High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Kansas State University. Kristen is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.
Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Samuel P. Johnston of Peculiar, Missouri, and the late Mr. Johnston and Mrs. Lloyal Johnson of Forest Lake, Minnesota, and the late Mr. Johnson. Mike is a graduate of Cass-Midway High School in Cleveland, Missouri. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pittsburg State University. Mike is employed with Lockton Insurance Companies. Theirs will be an October 14th wedding at The Brass on Baltimore.
