Congratulations, Sarah & Andrew!
Mr. and Mrs. Peter Harrington Tankard of Flower Mound, Texas, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Tankard, to Andrew Brandt Bradshaw, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jean Paul Bradshaw II of Our Town. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. James Cleary Tankard of Leawood and the late Mr. Tankard and the late Mr. and Mrs. Leo Augustine McQueeny. Sarah is a graduate of Flower Mound High School in Flower Mound, Texas. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from The University of Kansas and a juris doctor from The University of Missouri-Kansas City. Sarah is a member of Chi Omega sorority and careers with McGonagle Spencer Gahagan.
Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. David Angus Dickens of St. Joseph, Missouri, and the late Mr. Dickens and the late Senator and Mrs. Paul Ludwig Bradshaw. Andrew is a graduate of Rockhurst High School. He was a Jewel Ball escort in 2004. Andrew earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Saint Louis University and a master of business administration degree from Rockhurst University. He is a member of Phi Kappa Theta fraternity and is employed with Creative Planning. Theirs will be an October 22nd wedding at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Redemptorist Catholic Church.
