Congratulations, Lucy & Andrew!
Kathleen Mary Herman of Naples, Florida, and Mr. John Andrew Herman of Cuba, Missouri, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lucy Ann Herman, to Andrew Hogan Rieger, the son of Nancy Hogan Koons of Mission, Kansas, and the late Mr. Thomas Andrew Rieger. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. James Mullally of Naples, Florida, and the late Mr. Mullally and Mrs. Harry Herman of Lexington, Kentucky, and the late Mr. Herman. She is a graduate of Cuba High School in Cuba, Missouri. Lucy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri with a bachelor of arts degree in communications. She is careering with AMC Theatres.
Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. William Robert Hogan of Overland Park and the late Mr. Hogan and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Ludwig Rieger. Andy is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. He earned bachelor of science degrees in finance and math from Southern Methodist University. Andy was a member of The Jewel Ball floor committee as well as an escort in 2007. He is a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity and is employed with J. Rieger & Company. Theirs will be an April 18th wedding at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.
