The Truman Library Institute – Wild About Harry
April 10th is the date for The Truman Library Institute’s 15th Annual Wild About Harry to be held at the Muehlebach Tower of the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. Wil Haygood, Washington Post journalist and best-selling author of The Butler: A Witness to History; is the featured speaker. The Harry S. Truman Legacy of Leadership Award will be presented to Dr. Donna E. Shalala, former Health and Human Services secretary under President Clinton, and current president of the University of Miami. Barbara and Allen Lefko are the honorary chairmen, and Betsey and Rick Solberg and Brandi and Wit Solberg are serving as the co-chairmen.
