The Midwest Innocence Project – Faces of Innocence

April 29th is the date for The Midwest Innocence Project’s Faces of Innocence dinner. Judy Overton and Phyllis Norman are serving as co-chairmen of the event to be held at the Muehlebach Tower of the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. Michael Morton, who was wrongfully convicted of murder and spent 25 years in prison, is the guest speaker. Proceeds support Midwest Innocence Project’s mission to advocate for and obtain the exoneration and release of wrongfully convicted people in a five state area.
