McKenzie Lee Mahoney and David Harrison Roman were married on September 20th at The University Club in New York, New York. McKenzie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Edward Mahoney of La Jolla, California, and formerly of Our Town. She is the granddaughter of Jerre Clark Steenhof of Our Town and the late Mr. Alvin Steenhof and the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward John Mahoney. Her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Samuel Roman of Stamford, Connecticut. He is the grandson of Commander (USN) and Mrs. Arthur Matthew Harrison of Brooklyn, New York, and Mr. and Mrs. Isidor Roman of Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening prior, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at The Harvard Club. Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents hosted an elegant reception at The University Club. The happy couple enjoyed a honeymoon to Switzerland and Israel and is at home in New York, New York. McKenzie is careering with MSL Group, and David is a managing director with Goldman Sachs.
